Description: |
The variation does appear to be fairly smooth, but when PWM1 control gets to 0%, the fans are still spinning. Not very fast, maybe a couple hundred RPM, but they don't stop completely unless I stop them with my finger; at that point they stay stopped until the control percentage rises again.
